The end of the year is here, and Team Chicago On-site is celebrating this season of gratitude and joy. Our company culture is a top priority for our company as it helps to keep morale high. We are feeling the holiday hustle and bustle, but we are excited to keep our team’s spirits jolly.
We are appreciative for all the hard work our promotional specialists do every day and one way we can give back to them is with the time-honored tradition of breaking bread together. After a successful year, we are rewarding our people with a Chicago On-site holiday banquet. Our business partners are catering this event to say thank you for all our hard work.
To help everyone maintain focus during Q4, the firm’s President, John, has this advice for everyone “Believe in Santa Claus – which means keep thinking big at all costs. Never let bumps stop your momentum.” It’s a tongue-in-cheek way of keeping everyone’s spirits up, but it also reflects the importance that goal-setting, optimism, and perseverance play in our company culture. In other words, no matter how crazy and impossible the dream, keep believing anyway.
