In honor of a new year, and the big goals we’ve set for the next 12 months, we’ll be expanding the Chicago On-site roster. We’ll be looking for ambitious women and men who know how to bring enthusiasm, a fresh perspective, and a desire to learn and grow with them to work every day.
In return, we have much to offer. For instance, our Chicago On-site training program is unique in that we pair new hires with experienced mentors from their first days with the team to ensure success. We also invest in professional development with hands-on workshops, seminars, and travel. These and other strategies provide a balanced approach that works for any learning style, and brings even the most inexperienced professional up to speed quickly.
We also offer an inviting office culture full of camaraderie and fun. Throughout the year we’ll have many contests and team-building events that inspire engagement with both our colleagues and our firm’s mission. Team nights are a boost to morale too, and we regularly go out to blow off some steam together, bowling a few frames or grabbing a bite to eat. These social events let us relax and get to know each other on a more personal level, and serve as the foundation for lifelong friendships.
