One of the ways we keep our workplace ethos strong is by getting together away from the office for frequent team nights. Our most recent event involved getting the whole team together for an Independence Day party, complete with grilling and outdoor fun. We had a great time observing the freedom of our country while also strengthening the bonds that make us such a force in our industry. We think of ourselves as more of a family than a team anyway, so it makes sense that we’d be BBQing together for the Fourth.
We take a unique approach to the success of Chicago On-site in that we give our office culture as much attention as we do our process and policies. How we relate to one another, and how strongly we embody our firm’s values, are at least as vital to the well-being of our team as any other factor. This is why we’re always excited to revel in our shared wins by going out together, usually to grab dinner or bowl a few frames. This time spent away from Chicago On-site HQ lets us get to know one another on a deeper level than we can during our busy workweeks.
When we build our culture, we strengthen the base our company’s success is built on. Like Chicago On-site on Facebook to learn more about the way we prioritize our company’s values.
